Join the Smog Alert Network
To join the Smog Alert Network, please read the disclaimer for this Web site and provide us with the email address that you would like the Smog Alert sent to. Your email will be kept confidential and will only be used by the Ministry of the Environment for the purpose of providing you with a Smog Alert, and for no other purpose. If you have any questions about the information collected for the purpose of the Smog Alert email, please contact the webmaster at feedback@airqualityontario.com.
If you do not wish to subscribe to this service, but would still like to know where and when a Smog Alert has been issued, recorded messages are available by calling: 1-800-387-7768 or 416-246-0411 (English recording), or 1-800-221-8852 (French recording).
To join the Smog Alert Email List please enter in your email address and choose the forecast regions for which you wish to receive Smog Alerts. You will be sent an email whenever there is a Smog Alert in your forecast region.
Air Quality Ontario Forecast Regions:
- You will receive Smog Alert notifications for each region you select.
- To add a region check the box for that region.
- To remove a region, click on the checked box to uncheck it.
Any personal information you choose to provide on this form is collected in compliance with section 38(2) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The information will be used to contact you regarding your comments or inquiry.
